Premium replacement screens should work the way a quality screen should. That’s why qualifying screen repairs at our College Park shop come with our one-year screen performance guarantee.
What our screen guarantee covers
For one year from the qualifying screen replacement, if an installed aftermarket display develops a verified parts defect under normal use, we will replace that screen at no additional charge, subject to inspection and the conditions below.
- Unresponsive, inaccurate, or erratic touch input caused by the replacement display
- Screen discoloration or abnormal color changes attributable to a defective part
- Other verified defects or malfunctions of the installed replacement screen
What isn’t covered
This parts-defect guarantee does not cover cracked, chipped, or scratched screens, other accidental physical damage, liquid damage, misuse, or damage resulting from later work or modifications. The shop assesses the display to distinguish a covered defect from damage. If the cause or eligibility is uncertain, we’ll explain the inspection findings.
We may help beyond one year
We’ve sometimes supported customers well beyond the stated warranty period. Any additional accommodation after one year is offered only at our discretion and is not a promise of extended or lifetime coverage.
